We are a fun and growing Dutch start-up, consisting of 15 enthusiastic people with a passion for technology and mobile. Founded in 2011, we offer unique location-based marketing solutions to leading international clients such as Sanoma, Vouchercloud and partners such as Swrve and TargetEveryone.

To support further growth of the company, we are looking for an ambitious Senior Sales Manager with a background in sales and a passion for technology and mobile. The position will be based in Amsterdam.

Job Description

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will report directly to the Sales Director and work closely with our product development and marketing team.

You will be responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives globally and developing your own sales territory. An entrepreneurial attitude towards business development is highly valued. As a Senior, you are experienced and a role model to the other sales managers. You have a proven track record and are capable of assisting the Sales Director while still reaching your targets.

What the role entails:

  • Proactively search, pitch, negotiate, and close deals;
  • Identify, connect and actively engage with key targets, influencers and decision makers inside an organisation;
  • Manage the sales process by taking the lead in writing and reviewing proposals;
  • Manage customer relations and track actions in the CRM system;
  • Actively funnel opportunities, monitor the pipeline, and create and maintain a weekly forecast;
  • Develop comprehensive sales and account plans to reach targets, focusing on the development of opportunities.


  • Master’s/ Bachelor’s degree;
  • 4-5 years experience working as a (Senior) Sales Manager in a relevant industry (online, digital, mobile);
  • A proven track record of driving revenue and closing B2B deals;
  • Strong communication skills and technical aptitude;
  • Experience with sales, preferably in an international environment;
  • Strong English language skills; other language skills are a plus;
  • Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented;
  • Passionate about the field of mobile (advertising) / location based marketing / technology
